Kayti McGee's "Topped" is a great read. This book made me laugh like crazy in places. Miranda is a romance writer, but she's frustrated that she can't break into the top 100 on Amazon. Her nemesis writes weird books and is constantly there. She just doesn't get it. What's so special about Charlie Shivers? She is excited about going to a writers conference in her city this week. It will save her so much money on not having to pay for travel and a room when she lives close by. Everything changes the first night she's there. She's in the bar drinking when she's approached by a man she thinks is a cover model named Joe. Joe and Miranda hit it off and head up to his room for some fun. Little do they know they are on a panel the next day together and neither of them are who they introduced themselves as. Miranda is actually Randi Rose and Joe is actually Charlie Shivers. From there all hell breaks loose. This book is well worth the read and had me laughing my butt off in places. This is a MUST READ!!!
